Presentations

The success of any presentation is usually measured by how effectively the presenter is able to tailor the language he uses to match the target audience’s level of language comprehension. It is important to learn how to present information in a multi sensory way in order to keep and hold the interest of the audience by designing and delivering well structured and stimulating presentations.

Meeting/debate

A well-run meeting results in confidence in you as a leader. You will be recognized as a person in charge upon whom clients and others can rely and look to for leadership and counselling

Effective negotiation

Striking deals in the modern business world has never before been tougher and those company representatives who are able to negotiate effectively with people of diverse nationalities and cultures are in the strongest position to corner a share of the markets they are active in.

Informal conversation

An ability to communicate effectively out of the office while on business is a skill that is useful to maximise opportunities.

Telephone skills

Rising volume of customer calls and internal communications requires the use of English on a daily basis. By brushing up pronunciation skills and comprehension abilities, customer service call centres will be better able to deal with the challenges currently facing them.
